Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional who can work on leather shoes and bags repainting, refurbishing, and restoration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in working with different types of leather, repairing damaged surfaces, color restoration, and transforming old or damaged items into like-new condition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repainting and color restoration of leather shoes and bags
• Refurbishing damaged leather items (scratches, scuffs, faded areas, cracks, etc.)
• Cleaning, polishing, and conditioning leather products
• Stitching or minor structural repairs when required
• Matching paints and dyes to achieve original or customized finishes
• Ensuring high-quality finishing with attention to detail

Requirements:
• Prior experience in leather restoration, shoe/bag refurbishing, or related field
• Knowledge of leather care products, paints, and restoration techniques
• Good color-matching skills and eye for detail
• Ability to handle different types of leather materials
• Creativity and passion for restoring fashion items

Preferred Skills (Optional):
• Knowledge of luxury brand items restoration
• Basic tailoring/stitching for leather products
• Customer interaction and understanding specific requirements
