Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of construction machinery and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that all heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, cranes, and related machinery, is maintained in safe and efficient working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for all heavy equipment.
Diagnose issues, plan preventive maintenance, and manage repair schedules.
Lead and guide a team of mechanics/technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Maintain accurate service logs, inspection reports, and spare parts records.
Coordinate with site teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor in heavy equipment or construction machinery.
Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Minimum 3-4 years experience required
