Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Duct Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee duct cleaning operations, manage cleaning staff, ensure quality standards, and maintain safety compliance at all times.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate duct cleaning teams on various projects

Ensure work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards

Plan, organize, and monitor daily cleaning schedules

Train and guide cleaning staff as required

Prepare reports and maintain records of completed work

Communicate effectively with management and clients

Requirements:

Proven experience in duct cleaning / HVAC cleaning (supervisory role preferred)

Candidate should have 5-10 years experience.

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of duct cleaning equipment, safety procedures, and industry standards

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good communication and problem-solving skills
