We are a growing and dynamic company specializing in Industrial Equipment and Warehousing Solutions, and we're looking for a highly driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and expand our market presence in Bahrain and the GCC region.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Build and Manage a sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Lead major contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within the Industrial Equipment and/or Warehousing Solutions industry.
• A strong sales track record in one of the leading companies in Bahrain or the GCC is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results under pressure.
• Valid GCC driving license is a plus.
