* Bachelors degree in engieering or any related field

* Must be good in communication.

* Must have strong knowledge of Civil projects from starting to handover specialised in high rise projects.

* Proven track record in managing high-rise buildings and villa developments.

* Demonstrated experience leading large teams (300+ personnel)

* Capable of establishing and running full-scale project operations independently.

* Construction contracting experience is mandatory (consultant backgrounds not considered)

* Must hold a valid driver’s license.
