MEP Quantity Surveyor (Local candidate will be preferred more)

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

* Must be good in communication english.

* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.

* Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract management

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, MSP

* Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry projects especially from
construction civil and mep projects.

* Must have exp in preparing Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates and Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.

* Must have GCC experience in high rise projects
GCC valid DL will be an added advantage
