Job Vacancy – Operations Officer (Driver Supply Management)

We are looking for a full-time Operations Officer to manage drivers’ performance, assets, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor drivers’ login status and ensure they are online.
• Track and evaluate driver performance.
• Supervise and report on company assets (e.g., motorcycles, vehicles).
• Manage communication with both customers and drivers.
• Respond promptly to group messages and operational chats.
• Motivate and push drivers to go online and stay active.
• Handle and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Increase the fleet by running advertisements and actively recruiting new drivers.
• Oversee all operational matters related to Driver Supply.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in Operations or driver management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Good experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong situational awareness and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• High level of commitment and discipline in working hours.
• Must be available to join immediately.
