-Coordinate orders between the kitchen and service team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
-Manage order slips, monitor preparation times, and maintain communication with chefs.
-Check plating and presentation before dispatch to ensure compliance with company standards.
-Ensure correct packing and labeling of take-away and delivery orders.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch counter.
