Description

Are you a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Insulated Glass (IGU) production? Join our growing team and take charge of our Double Glazing department!

What You’ll Do:

-Supervise and manage IG & Silicone production lines (manual & robotic).
-Oversee key processes: Spacer & Desiccant filling, Butyl & Silicone application, IG machinery.
-Ensure smooth achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
-Maintain high-quality standards (EN 1279 compliance).
-Inspect and control quality of IG units before dispatch.
-Plan and schedule DG production activities to meet deadlines.
-Prepare regular reports on production, quality, and operations.
-Coordinate closely with Tempering, Sorting, Delivery & Dispatch teams.

What We’re Looking For:

-Strong background in IGU production & supervision.
-Knowledge of EN 1279 standards and quality control.
-Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Good communication and reporting skills.
