ERA Projects is looking for an experienced MEP Works Supervisor with a strong building construction background to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on construction sites.

The successful candidate will oversee daily MEP activities, coordinate with civil and architectural teams, supervise subcontractors and technicians, and ensure installations are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. These responsibilities are consistent with current MEP Supervisor construction roles advertised in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP works and site activities.
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, firefighting, and related works.
Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
Monitor workmanship, quality, progress, and manpower on site.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or MEP clashes.
Provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, project managers, and site supervisors.
Follow up on MEP materials and equipment with procurement and logistics teams.
Monitor material usage and ensure required materials are available on site.
Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of MEP systems.
Maintain daily reports covering progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE and construction site safety requirements.
Identify delays and assist in implementing corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
Requirements
Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor / MEP Works Supervisor in building construction.
Strong hands-on experience in construction projects, preferably villas, commercial buildings, residential buildings, or high-rise projects.
Good knowledge of:
HVAC systems
Electrical systems
Plumbing and water supply
Drainage systems
Firefighting and fire alarm systems
Strong ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and shop drawings.
Experience supervising subcontractors and site manpower.
Good understanding of construction methods, site coordination, quality control, and HSE.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet construction deadlines.
Must be currently located in Bahrain.
Must be available for immediate joining.
Candidates with cancelled/transferable visa or valid local status are preferred.
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on construction MEP supervisor, not someone whose experience is primarily in facilities maintenance.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on an active construction site, coordinating multiple MEP trades, supervising workers and subcontractors, resolving site issues, and ensuring works are completed according to project drawings and schedules.
