Are you passionate about creating artisanal, high-quality gelato that brings joy in every scoop? We’re opening a brand-new Italian gelato shop and are looking for a skilled and creative Gelato Maker to join us from the very beginning!

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in making traditional Italian gelato or ice cream

Knowledge of natural ingredients and authentic Italian methods

Creativity in developing seasonal and signature flavors

Attention to hygiene, safety, and consistency in production

A team player with a passion for excellence and innovation

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily batches of fresh gelato using authentic techniques

Develop and test new flavors and recipes

Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of production area

Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies

Collaborate with the team to create an unforgettable customer experience
