We are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in RO (Reverse Osmosis) plants for an upcoming project in Saudi Arabia.

Position Summary
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and components within a Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted plant operations through preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, and mechanical systems in the RO plant.

Monitor the performance of RO systems and support operational troubleshooting.

Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.

Maintain and service high-pressure pumps and piping systems associated with RO units.

Assist in the installation, alignment, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.

Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety and operational standards.

Maintain detailed maintenance records and prepare technical reports as required.

Coordinate with the operations team to support plant reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade certification.

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, specifically in Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plants.

Strong knowledge of RO systems, high-pressure pumps, rotating equipment, valves, and piping systems.

Experience working in industrial or utility plant environments.

Ability to read mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and SOPs.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance procedures.

Preferred Skills
GCC experience is a plus.

Working knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and discipline.
