Description

We are seeking a highly capable and driven Project Engineer to join our expanding team, specializing in turnkey fit-out works for luxury villas and high-end residences in Bahrain. This role demands strong technical acumen in project estimation and a hands-on approach to workforce planning and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all site operations from mobilization to final handover
• Prepare complete project estimations, including BOQ verification and cost breakdown
• Organize and arrange required manpower and subcontractors based on project scope and timeline
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and vendors
• Monitor and control project schedules, procurement, and budgets
• Ensure delivery of premium-quality finishes with zero compromise on design intent
• Regularly report progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management
Requirements
• 5+ years of GCC experience in turnkey villa fit-outs or high-end interior projects
• Proven track record in cost estimation, technical detailing, and site coordination
• Ability to plan and manage project workforce requirements effectively
• Strong leadership in handling multiple trades and subcontractors
• Must be currently based in Bahrain with a valid visa (preferred)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
• Demonstrated success in luxury residential fit-outs (villas, penthouses, or high-spec apartments)
• Excellent command of BOQ tracking, cost control, and project reporting
• CRPEP license or relevant Bahrain project experience is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English with strong communication and team leadership skills
