**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a creative and results-driven **Marketing & Social Media Designer** to help grow our restaurant’s brand presence and drive sales through engaging design, digital marketing strategies, and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing marketing materials, managing our social media platforms, and executing targeted advertising campaigns to attract new and returning customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Marketing & Advertising Design**

* Design creative promotional materials (posters, banners, menu updates, digital flyers, etc.)
* Create visual content for social media ads and in-house marketing
* Ensure all designs are aligned with the restaurant’s brand identity

* **Social Media Management**

* Develop and maintain a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.
* Write engaging captions and posts that reflect our brand voice
* Respond to customer messages and comments professionally and promptly
* Use trending hashtags and strategies to boost engagement

* **Campaign Strategy & Execution**

* Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
* Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly
* Coordinate with restaurant management for promotions and event launches

* **Photography & Video (Preferred)**

* Take and edit high-quality food and restaurant ambiance photos/videos
* Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)

* **Brand Development**

* Suggest creative ideas to improve brand presence and customer interaction
* Collaborate with the restaurant team to align marketing efforts with business goals

### **Requirements:**

* Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media management
* Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
* Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google My Business, and ad platforms
* Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Photography/videography skills are a strong advantage
* Experience in restaurant/hospitality industry is a plus
