LOOKING FOR BARISTA

NATIONALITY - NEPALI / FLIPHINO

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to customer specifications.

- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation and customer areas.

- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and speed of service.

- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and offer recommendations.

- Handle payments using the POS system.

- Restock supplies and report low inventory to the supervisor.

- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

- Support the team in opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry preferred.

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

- Basic math skills for handling payments.

- Presentable and punctual.
