RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in restaurant & kitchen management
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Requirements: Basic IT & computer skills, excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

? Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
? Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
? Ensure an authentic Arabic food experience by maintaining the originality of dishes and presentation.
? Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and maintain team morale.
? Manage inventory, food cost, and supplier relations to optimize restaurant profitability.
? Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
? Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract more customers.
? Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
? Utilize IT and computer skills for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
? Work closely with chefs to introduce new dishes and seasonal menus while maintaining authenticity.
? Handle reservations, special events, and catering inquiries efficiently.
? Handle online Ordering Agreement and Applications

Requirements:

? Strong knowledge of cuisine.
? Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic / Hindi/Urdu knowledge is an advantage).
? Proficiency in IT, computer applications, and POS systems for restaurant management.
? Previous experience in restaurant management with a strong understanding of operations and customer service.
? Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
? Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle restaurant challenges effectively.
? Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
