About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, promoting our IT products and services, and achieving assigned sales and gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, customer visits, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products, solutions, and services.
Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up until successful closure.
Promote IT products including laptops, desktops, servers, networking, software, licensing, and IT services.
Manage leads and opportunities through the company’s CRM system.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and GP targets.
Conduct customer visits and maintain regular follow-up with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Submit sales reports and updates as required by management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Good knowledge of IT products and solutions is preferred.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
