About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented senior accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, preparing financial statements, and supporting management with strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with Bahrain tax laws.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

Review payroll, expense reports, and procurement processes.

Support management with cost analysis and financial decision-making.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and Bahrain tax & VAT regulations.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
