- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Provide information about our menu, promotions, and reservations
- Assist with booking and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Telephone Operator in F&B/hospitality - MUST
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
