We are looking for IT specialists to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot all IT infrastructure, including guest Wi-Fi, POS systems, office networks, and surveillance systems
• Provide timely IT support to resort departments and front-line staff
• Monitor and ensure security of networks and data systems
• Coordinate system upgrades, backups, and software installations
• Liaise with external IT service providers as needed
• Ensure smooth functioning of technology used in guest service delivery

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in IT support within a hospitality or resort environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of hotel/resort systems (PMS, POS, Wi-Fi management, CCTV, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
• Ability to respond to issues quickly and professionally
