Description

Oversee daily operations of the furniture manufacturing process, from raw material intake to final product dispatch.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards at every stage of production.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize machine utilization.
Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure product specifications are met
Maintain records of material consumption, production output, and waste control.
Supervise installation and finishing works at client sites, ensuring work meets company and client standards.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients for timely execution of work.
Inspect site conditions and ensure proper fitting, alignment, and finishing of furniture.
Assign daily tasks to factory and site workers based on project priorities.
Monitor worker performance and ensure productivity and discipline are maintained.
Resolve worker conflicts and report serious HR issues to management.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for factory and site activities.
Report project delays, challenges, and manpower issues to management promptly.
Communicate with procurement for raw material requirements and shortages.
