With 23+ years as a leading joinery factory in Bahrain, we're expanding our turnkey interior services to include high-end surface wrapping. We already have full production capabilities—now we need an accomplished Wrap & Surface Repair Specialist to lead installations with exceptional craftsmanship.

Your Key Role:
• Install decorative/protective vinyl wrap materials on cabinetry, furniture, doors, walls, columns, and more with precision.
• Repair and prepare worn or damaged surfaces before wrapping (e.g., hotel doors with chips, dents, or aged wear)—ensuring a completely smooth, seamless finish.
• Accurately measure, cut, apply, and conform wraps on flat, curved, and complex surfaces—aligning patterns, avoiding bubbles, and ensuring excellent edge adhesion.
• Trim edges, apply heat and pressure with squeegees, heat guns, blades, and finish kits for professional-grade results.
• Collaborate with project managers and site installation teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain pristine site conditions and work safely.
• Provide surface and wrap care guidance to clients post-installation.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in vinyl or surface wrapping—interior or exterior.
• Proven ability to patch, fill, sand, and repair chipped or damaged wood surfaces prior to wrapping.
• Deep understanding of wrapping materials and adhesives for wood, laminate, metal, painted, and curved surfaces.
• Skilled in using repair materials (putty, fillers, sealants), sanders, and surface preparation.
• Precise measuring, cutting, and application skills for flawless, bubble-free wrap results.
• High attention to detail and strong finishing skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site with strong time management.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and client-facing demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel throughout Bahrain.

Bonus Skills (not required but advantageous):
• Experience in vehicle/wall/door wrapping or cabinetry woodworking.
• Certifications from vinyl manufacturers (e.g., 3M, Avery, Orafol).
• Interior finishing craftsmanship or joinery know-how.
