Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our online retail platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth backend management, accurate product listings, and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotional content
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with platform support when needed

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or administrative support
- Proficiency with e-commerce CMS and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is a plus
