Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced project coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and support the work of external contractors developing web-based systems and applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the work of external contractors/developers.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders (internal teams, contractors, clients).

Track project progress, risks, and deliverables using best-practice methodologies.

Prepare reports and documentation for management review.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in web/application development roles.

At least 2 years in a supervisory/coordination role, managing external contractors or teams.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).

Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
