*Job Description:*
We are hiring *experienced ticketing staff* to join our growing travel agency team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in issuing flight tickets, and providing excellent customer service.

*Responsibilities:*
- Issue domestic and international flight tickets
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) efficiently
- Handle ticket reissues, refunds, and fare calculations
- Assist clients with booking inquiries and itinerary planning
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules and travel trends

*Requirements:*
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi
