Description

1. To receive the Job transfer sheet from Project Manager
2. To study & verify the project scope of work from execution point of view. If there are any changes required then to discuss the same with the project manager prior to the project commencement
3. Prepare material submission, drawing submittals, method statement and obtain approval from client/consultant
4. To look after overall project progress
5. Should have experience in handling multiple projects at same time
6. Prepare works programme based on civil works given by client/consultant as applicable for relevant contract
7. Describe the scope of work and terms and conditions of contract to subordinates
8. To monitor the project during different phases to keep it on track
9. To make sure that the quality is maintained at all levels
10. The billing projection is maintained
11. To provide extra back up for the system related issues to all the project engineers / Site Engineer
12. To conduct internal meeting with all the team members to review the weekly progress reports
13. Notify and discuss the progress of works/problems with EDC for corrective action to be taken for improvement
14. To maintain the necessary paper work in all project files
15. To monitor the project financially and control the cost of materials and man hours within the budget as estimated
16. To make sure that, the file received from Sales division, contains all the entire necessary documents needed for the execution of project
17. To work closely with the drawing office from shop drawings preparation till its approval
18. To identify the needs of man power, material needs of the engineering staff & provide the support
19. To review project work program of all projects
20. To attain monthly billing targets & certification targets for all running project
21. To make sure that, the project is running as per what it was planned for. In the event if the project is moving out of the track for any reasons, then the analysis of the same to be done with the project team & corrective actions to be taken. Reporting to be done to the higher management








22. If there are any variations on the project, then he should prepare and submit the variations with complete backup documents and get approvals from the customers
23. To provide all the equipment & material needs to the Purchase team from operations side and follow up
24. Complete design of chilled water system as per the consultant design complete with piping, ducting, FCU & AHU selection Etc.
25. Preparation of Necessary heat loads, ESP calculation, Pump head calculation as per the project details
26. Commissioning & Balancing of chilled water systems & Air distribution
27. Identifying the training needs & providing the necessary training/instructions for the subordinates
28. Build up good relation with client/consultant/main contractor/and or other services contractors.
29. Provide necessary training and demonstration to client’s representative (If applicable)
30. Obtain completion certificate
31. Ensuring compliance to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines and procedures in areas related to his job
