Description

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Accountant cum HR to join our team. This hybrid role requires a talented individual who can handle both accounting and human resource responsibilities. You will play a key role in managing financial records and supporting HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
Process invoices and payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and tax filings
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements

Human Resources:

Manage recruitment and staffing needs, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
Maintain employee records and manage on boarding processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee well-being

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in both accounting and HR roles is preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting software and HR management tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Certification in accounting
Experience in payroll processing and recruitment
