Supervise and coordinate daily Factory Operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.Assign tasks and manage the workforce to ensure productivity and quality.Plan, organise, and schedule work in accordance with project timelines.Review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.Preparation of Cutting Lists. Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within the budget.Inspect completed work for precision, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and safety regulations. Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor, Foreman, or Senior Chargehand. Hands-on experience in the preparation of Cutting Lists in Luxury Interiors and high-end Joinery Works IN-depth knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, materials, and woodworking machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong leadership and communication skills.Basic computer literacy (for reporting, email communication, etc.)A relevant certification or diploma in carpentry/joinery will be an added advantage.
