Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with travel planning, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages
- Handle visa documentation (Schengen, UK, US, Canada, etc.)
- Provide destination knowledge and itinerary planning
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
- Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up

Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel and ticketing
- Good knowledge of international visa processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
