Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: amwaj island-bahrain

Reports to: General manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, aggressive, and knowledgeable about the sales process from prospecting to closing. They will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer relationships, ultimately driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking events, social media, cold outreach.
Focus on high-quality leads, scheduling appointments with decision-makers to pitch our services directly.

Sales Process Management:
Navigate the sales process from prospecting to sales conversions, with a strong emphasis on closing deals quickly.
Utilize upselling and cross-selling tactics to maximize revenue from existing clients.

Team Building and Talent Management:
Identify and nurture sales talent, interviewing and selecting candidates from a pool of weekly applicants.
Train and coach new hires before sending them into the market to ensure they are equipped to succeed.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue growth.
Track the performance of sales personnel chosen for hire based on their numbers delivered.

Collaboration and Communication:

Keep the General Manager informed throughout the negotiation phase, ensuring alignment with profit margins and service costs.

Closing Deals:
Act as a closer, efficiently moving through the negotiation phase with clients and ensuring timely deal closures, including signing memorandums of understanding.
Maintain a proactive approach to closing deals, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Familiarity with the sales process from prospecting to closing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented individual who is target-driven.
Ability to identify new markets and capitalize on opportunities.
Aggressive closer with a focus on immediate deal closures.
Proficient in office suite

Skills Development:
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics.
Excellent relationship management abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
Effective coaching and mentoring skills to develop junior team members.
Adaptability to new technologies and sales strategies to enhance performance.
