•Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the upholstery department
•Train and mentor team members on upholstery techniques and best practices
•Ensure quality control standards are met for all upholstery projects
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure project deadlines are met
•Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualifications:

•5+ years of experience in carpentry and upholstery
•Proven leadership and supervisory skills
•Strong attention to detail and quality control
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
