Sales Executive – ELV, Solar & Home Automation
Location: Bahrain

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in ELV systems, solar energy solutions, and home automation technologies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients for ELV, Solar, and Home Automation systems.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up on sales leads and drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, QS and contractors for system design and project execution.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in ELV, Solar, or Home Automation domains.
• Strong knowledge of relevant products such as CCTV, Access Control, Solar PV systems, Smart Lighting, and Automation Solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Technical certification or training in ELV or renewable energy is a plus.
• Familiarity with the local market and regulatory landscape.
