We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Caf? Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our caf?/restaurant.

Knowledge on the following responsibilities
Daily Operations Management:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, workflow coordination, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Team Leadership & Development:
Hire, train, supervise, and motivate team members across front and back of house. Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate ongoing training to ensure staff development and consistency in service.

Customer Service & Quality Assurance:
Uphold high standards for customer service and product quality. Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships. Implement inventory controls to reduce waste and manage costs effectively.

Financial Oversight:
Assist in managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, monitoring labor and food costs, and contributing to strategies that drive revenue and profitability.

Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain proper documentation for inspections and enforce adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Operational Efficiency & Improvement:
Evaluate processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
