Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.

Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and project managers for seamless project execution.

Technical Reporting: Prepare, review, and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings and technical reports.

Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and evaluations to ensure construction aligns with approved design and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in civil construction and site management.

Technical Skills: Proficient in structural design tools such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or SAP2000.

License: Valid Bahrain driving license.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
