Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, skilled CNC Operator to manage day-to-day machine setup and production. You will be responsible for translating technical specifications into finished components with high precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare raw materials, load cutting tools, and establish machine origins/offsets.

Run production batches while monitoring feeds, speeds, and tool wear.

Conduct regular part inspections to ensure strict tolerance compliance.

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report mechanical faults promptly.

Follow all workshop safety protocols and keep the machine area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating CNC machines.

Proficient in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Familiarity with basic G-code and machine control interfaces is an advantage.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.
