A well-established Lebanese bakery in Bahrain is looking for a Skilled Manakish & Pastry Chef to join our team.

Position: Manakish & Pastry Chef
Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare a wide range of traditional Lebanese manakish (zaatar, cheese, lahm b’ajin, etc.)
• Create and innovate new manakish and pastry recipes
• Bake high-quality pastries such as croissants, buns, and savory items
• Operate stone ovens or saj with accuracy and care
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with the team

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Bahrain in a similar role
• Strong expertise in Lebanese bakery and pastry techniques
• Creative mindset with attention to quality and detail
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
• Reliable, clean, and professional
