Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented User Interface (UI) Designer to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically refined user experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality interface designs, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final assets for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate closely with UX designers, software engineers, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.

Maintain and contribute to the evolution of the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across products.

Apply user-centred design principles and adhere to best practices in visual design, accessibility, and responsive design.

Participate in design reviews, stakeholder presentations, and usability testing to validate design decisions and refine outputs.

Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and UI/UX trends to continually enhance the quality of design solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience in a UI Design role, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating user interface design across digital platforms.

Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, spacing, and layout.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline is preferred.

Desirable Skills
Exposure to motion design or animation tools such as Adobe After Effects or Lottie.

Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is an asset.

Familiarity with UX methodologies and user research practices.

Salary:350-450 BHD
