Description of Role and Responsibilities:

•Hire and collaborate with the construction workers and contractors needed to complete a job.
•Keep detailed records of expenses accrued throughout a project to ensure it remains within the set budget.
•Ensure the job site is a safe work environment and in compliance with all laws and regulations.
•Troubleshoot all issues that may arise on the job site and find an adequate solution in a timely manner.
•Create work schedules for all workers and contractors to adhere to.
•Source any supplies as needed.

Must have:

Experience in the civil and finishing of buildings. Can demonstrate completion of high-quality finished buildings.
