A restaurant in Bahrain is seeking qualified professionals for the following positions:

1. Operations Manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or lounge operations
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant systems, labor regulations, and cost control

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Enforce health and safety standards
- Manage inventory, vendor relations, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff across all departments

2. Accountant

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in hospitality)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and VAT regulations in Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate daily financial records (sales, expenses, payroll)
- Prepare monthly and annual reports
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with VAT filing and reporting
