Job Summary:
The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons in and around aquatic facilities. This includes monitoring swimmers, enforcing pool rules, responding to emergencies, and providing first aid or CPR when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.

Enforce all rules and regulations of the pool or beach area.

Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.

Inspect pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure that they are safe and usable.

Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool deck and facilities.

Educate patrons on water safety and facility rules.

Complete daily reports and incident logs.

Participate in regular training and emergency drills.

Requirements:
Valid lifeguard certification

Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.

Good observational and decision-making skills.

Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
