Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support the sales and business development of decorative and technical paints for a globally reputed brand in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail and project sales, preferably in the paint or construction materials industry. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
• Assist in achieving sales targets for decorative and technical paints across retail and project channels.
• Identify and approach potential customers, including contractors, architects, developers, and retailers.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing product recommendations and solutions based on their needs.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

Market & Product Knowledge:
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s paint products, including their applications, technical specifications, and benefits.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to effectively position the brand.
• Support the sales team in executing promotional activities, in-store displays, and product demonstrations.

Sales Support & Reporting:
• Assist in preparing quotations, sales proposals, and contracts in coordination with senior sales team members.
• Ensure proper documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Key Requirements:
Experience & Industry Knowledge:
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint, coatings, or construction materials industry.
• Prior experience in retail and project sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Bahrain market and customer base is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
• Basic understanding of CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Valid Bahrain driving license preferred.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
