About the Role:
We're seeking enthusiastic and driven Remote Sales Representatives to connect with parents and guardians and introduce them to the incredible benefits of our sports academy memberships. This is a commission-based role perfect for individuals who are passionate about sports and enjoy helping children thrive.


Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate leads through cold calling, online outreach, and other creative methods.
* Effectively communicate the value of our sports academy programs to potential customers.
* Build rapport with parents and guardians, addressing their questions and concerns.
* Negotiate and close membership sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.


Qualifications:
* Strong sales and communication skills.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Passion for sports and working with children.
* Any previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.


Compensation:
* This is a commission-based role, offering significant earning potential for successful sales representatives.
