Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Laundry Receptionist & Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process laundry orders, and manage transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and assist with laundry drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Accurately record customer orders, preferences, and special requests.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process payments (cash, card, and digital payments).
• Maintain clear records of all transactions and customer accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely service.
• Promote additional services such as shoe cleaning, dry cleaning, and express services.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a laundry or retail setting.
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system is a must.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer skills for order management and invoicing.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
