Summary/Objective:
"We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products/services, and a passion for helping customers succeed."
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
o Identify and research potential customers and new business opportunities.
o Cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads.
o Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Sales and Relationship Management:
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
o Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
o Negotiate contracts and close sales.
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Administration and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information in a CRM system.
o Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
o Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred
• Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
o Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
o Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
o Knowledge of the product/service and industry.
