We are looking for a Supervisor for our car cleaning shop!

📌 Salary: 150 BD + Accommodation

📌 Requirements:
✅ Speaks English
✅ Computer skills
✅ Valid driving license

📌 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily operations of the car wash to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
✅ Train and supervise staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
✅ Ensure quality control by inspecting cleaned vehicles and maintaining customer satisfaction.
✅ Enforce safety protocols to protect staff, customers, and vehicles.
✅ Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed.
✅ Manage schedules and workflow to optimize productivity.
✅ Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
