Female Receptionist for Bar Club in Juffair, Bahrain

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused female receptionist to join our vibrant bar club team in Juffair, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome to all guests, managing reservations, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- **Guest Services**: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the club.
- **Reservations and Bookings**: Manage and coordinate reservations for events and tables, ensuring accurate records and timely confirmations.
- **Reception Management**: Maintain a tidy and well-organized reception area, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
- **Communication**: Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- **Promotions**: Promote club events, offers, and services to guests and members.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a must.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
