EXPERIENCED CAKE CHEF
(PRODUCTION & SUPERVISION)

We are a growing bakery looking for an experienced Cake Chef who can independently produce premium cakes, develop new flavors, and lead a team of pastry assistants to deliver the highest quality every day.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

* Has proven experience in producing premium cakes in a wide variety of flavors.
* Expert in preparing flavors such as Tiramisu, Truffle, Saffron, Cheesecake and other premium creations.
* Ability to develop new and innovative cake flavors and recipes.
* Skilled in baking and producing cakes in different sizes while maintaining consistency and quality.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with Belgian chocolate.
* Ability to lead, train and supervise pastry assistants during daily production.
* High attention to quality, presentation and hygiene standards.
* Ability to manage daily production, organize tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepare and bake premium cakes and desserts from start to finish.
* Develop new cake flavors and seasonal creations.
* Lead daily production operations and plan work with the team.
* Supervise, train and guide pastry assistants to improve their skills.
* Ensure consistency in taste, texture and presentation.
* Maintain quality control, hygiene and food safety at all times.
* Work with Belgian chocolate to create premium products and decorations.

IMPORTANT NOTE

This position is for an experienced Cake Chef only. Applications from Pastry Assistants, Commis or entry-level candidates will not be considered.
