JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
• Team Management:Supervise and train production staff, including mixers, bottlers, and you must instinct discipline among the production staff.
• Production Oversight: Monitor daily production activities to ensure that output meets company goals and timelines.
• Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications for taste, safety, and labeling.
• Inventory Management:Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and lead initiatives to improve production processes and reduce waste.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare production reports and communicate progress, challenges, and needs to management.
• Problem-Solving:Address any issues that arise during production, working collaboratively with staff to find effective solutions.
• You are to follow strictly guidelines and rules set by the production manager and seek clarification in case of any doubt
