Warehouse Location: Sitra, Bahrain

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Sales & Delivery Driver to join our team. This role combines sales responsibilities with delivery duties, requiring a proactive individual who can effectively manage customer relationships and ensure timely product delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Generate and process customer sales orders.
• Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle.
• Safely drive a company vehicle (mini bus, manual transmission) to deliver products to customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarket and cold store clients.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and delivery.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving mini buses and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong understanding of supermarket and cold store ordering procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, and Hindi (spoken).
• Knowledge of local delivery routes.

Skills:
• Sales and customer service.
• Proficient driving skills (mini bus, manual transmission).
• Order processing and delivery management.
• Inventory management.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
• Knowledge of the local supermarket and cold store network.

Preferred Candidate:
• Indian or Bangladeshi nationality preferred; however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive salary with commission based on sales targets.
• Company visa provided after a one-month probation period.
• Company vehicle provided. If the candidate uses their own vehicle, a rental allowance will be provided.
