Santy Trading Co. W.L.L. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Salesman specializing in Lubricants to join our team in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Caltex lubricants to automotive, industrial, construction, marine, and commercial customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base across Bahrain.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify their business needs.
- Conduct customer visits, prepare quotations, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, customer payments, and outstanding accounts.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in lubricants.
- Experience in automotive lubricants, industrial oils, or related products is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Bahrain market and an established customer network.
- Valid Bahrain driving licence is mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
